Nurture in Mind
Nurture in Mind Ltd aims to support children and adults to learn and develop the skills of mindfulness meditation. To understand their benefits and to be able to use the tools learnt to help them live a less stressful, happier life.
Practicing mindfulness regularly can support us to find calm, clarity and connectivity. It reduces anxiety and improves focus and concentration; it can bring balance to our lives, help us to sleep, and develop more positive relationships with others whilst teaching us compassion, acceptance, trust and patience.
Sessions can be offered to schools, groups and on a 1:1 basis
A six week programme; ‘Mindfulness Lessons for Life,’ can be tailored to meet each group or families needs.
